If TDs owe two million, what is the total indebtness of the GAA as a organisation ?
Good week so far, Pre season win in Belfast, TD going down the shitter, Boez scam (loan) scheme hits the rocks.

I LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!!

St.Brigids are being looked after really well by the taxpayer already.
i hope you send the nippers in to school in green and white...

This is almost too good isn't it, why is our rise to the top again coinciding with the downfall of all that we hate. I actually quite like the the idea of raising a few quid for them, would definitely be the classiest 'fuck you' ever known!

This is a great opportunity. The club donates x amount( very little obviously), To TD no hard feelings, showing we are the honourable/bigger man, we care about all Tallaght community blah blah blah. Meanwhile giving us great publicity, future goodwill from all as the good guys and them a big kick in the bollox( which they would be aware of).

So their acoylites in the media have stated they got out of their depth funding well intentioned improvements to the club like astro pitches. An honest mistake etc.
Meanwhile arch GAA propagandist Martin Breheny in the Indo described TD as a 'progressive club'. It would be a terrible shame if the real story got out there....

As Kevin Keegan would say, "I'd love it, love it"

Seriously though, it would be brilliant if Rovers did something for them, it's too big an opportunity to miss. It would be the biggest piss take ever. It would really show the c**ts up!

    More from the Indo ..
The Tallaght-based Thomas Davis club has conceded that it is “no longer in a position to meet its on-going financial commitments” and has invited past and present members to a meeting next Monday night where details of the situation will be revealed and ideas discussed as to how it might be addressed.

Part of the infamous e-mail sent by David Kennedy of Thomas Davis to the GAA Dublin County Board - looking for support in annexing Tallaght Stadium. Proposing a pretence of supporting including "soccer" there, but with the ultimate aim of taking over entirely…............

    Some shocking spelling to boot........
I wanted to ask you Floyd if you don't mind. In my last fight before I knocked out George Groves at Wembley Stadium in front of 80,000 fans, I worked a lot on power. So I did a lot of swimming, and I chopped down a few trees myself, and then I held my feet and then I knocked him out. And I'm not known as a one punch knock-out man. Have you been doing that yourself a little bit? Working on power?

What strikes me about the whole fiasco is its brought to the fore prior to a general election. These cunts will have the cheek to try and get a bail out from the new multi coloured rainbow coalition.Mark my words ,timing is everything!

If they ask grumpy thick on the gypo forum for some advice they might raise a few quid.He held a pub quiz and got 2 teams of 4 to take part!

The final report looks at the lack of facilities for the nine GAA clubs across Sydney. We spend an evening training with the largest club, Michael Cusack's.

Despite having over 150 members, they have no facilities and only get to train in a corner of a public park each Tuesday night.

The clubs believe that they are making a big contribution in keeping the Irish together, but are critical of the Government and the GAA at home for not helping them with funding or any sort of assistance in trying to secure proper facilities for the thousands of Irish who will now remain in Australia long into the future.

    G'day sport!!!
