I don't understand, how can they turn down an offer for the young centre forward Paddy Madden but be on their knees at the same time? If i were a player that they owed money to, presuming they owe money to the players or probably will b the end of the season, i would be going mental.

    "Bring a Friend"???

What's the use of that when stewards are turning away anyone they don't like the look of? Farcical stuff in Gypoland.

They have a thread over there basically about the way to get people into the ground, not attract punters but how to actually organise their entrance into the kip.
100 plus years and they cant even get that right. No wonder they are fucked.

Heard a good one last night from an ITK gypo about heary, big nose and brennan when agreeing to their 30% pay cuts half way through last season they asked for a six month extension to their contracts which they were given. So in effect they took a cut from €2500pw down to €1750pw for the last 18 months of their contracts costing them €54,000 in wages and see them out of contract at the end of this season, but with the deal they made they'll rake back €49000 inwages because their in contract until July 1st next year and an agreed €10,000 end of season bonus. So a 30% pay 'cut' actually earns them €5,000 a piece. Lard arse didn't agree to the deal so thats why he was allowed to go to fungus for free.

article on them in todays tribune business section entitled 'losses double at bohs' and accompanied by a picture of the junkies 'bankers gonna get ya' banner.last line sums their mess up nicely "the club said that a business plan submitted to the fai envisaged it returning to profit in a year or two by cutting costs and gaining access to european football competitions"

I wonder did they use an envelope to submit the business plan that was written on the back of the postage stamp! Is there a new European competition planned that you can 'access' via the LSL???
